Introduction & Definitions

4777 Pet (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "4777 Pet") is an online betting and gaming service provider. By using our website or mobile application, you (the "user" or "member") are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using 4777 Pet. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms.

Key terms used in this document: "Account" refers to your registered profile on 4777 Pet; "Balance" refers to the funds held in your account; "Bonus" refers to promotional benefits granted subject to specific conditions; "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account on 4777 Pet requires meeting a few basic eligibility criteria. Please ensure you meet the following conditions before registering:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Each individual may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
• KYC verification must be completed within 30 days of registration, otherwise withdrawal access may be restricted.
• Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted. Only individual personal accounts are allowed.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

4777 Pet supports all major payment methods popular in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring fast and secure transactions at all times. Key payment information is outlined below:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the deposit. A special verification process is required if you wish to withdraw via a different method.
• To make a withdrawal, you must place bets totalling at least the equivalent of your deposit amount.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT). Larger amounts may require additional verification.
• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Deposits from suspicious sources will be cancelled and the account subject to investigation.
• 4777 Pet does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4777 Pet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only and can be claimed once. Creating a new account after closing an existing one in order to claim the bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher. Bets placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
• 4777 Pet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Betting Rules & Payout Policy

All betting activity on 4777 Pet is governed by specific rules. The following rules apply across Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform's "Cash Out" feature is used.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded in full.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 4777 Pet reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
• Bets placed on events associated with match-fixing or any fraudulent activity will be voided.
• The maximum payout for a single bet is set individually per event. Any amount exceeding the payout limit will not be paid out.
• For delayed bet settlement in live betting, data recorded during the event period will be used.

All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 4777 Pet does not and cannot interfere with any game result. In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities & Abuse Policy

All users of 4777 Pet must use the platform honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting the bonus system, such as creating multiple accounts or using a VPN to claim bonuses.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack against 4777 Pet's systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account or stealing their personal information.
• Placing a bet with prior knowledge of an event's outcome (insider trading).
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users on the platform.

Responsible Betting Policy

4777 pet believes betting is entertainment — not a source of income. We want all our users to enjoy the experience, but within responsible limits. That's why we provide a range of responsible betting tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a limit on the amount you bet within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period (from 7 days to permanently).
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your 4777 Pet account at any time. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If you need to withdraw a balance after closure, please contact the support team.

• Account closure requests can be submitted via support chat or email. Requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
• 4777 Pet reserves the right to close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations.
• Data from closed accounts is retained for up to 5 years in accordance with legal requirements.
• After an account is closed, a new account cannot be opened using the same details unless 4777 Pet explicitly grants permission.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or payment, please follow the steps below to raise a complaint. We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via live chat or email within 72 hours of the incident.
• Step 2: Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: A final decision will be communicated within 7 business days for complex cases.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may refer the matter to an independent mediator.

Terms Update & Notification Policy

4777 Pet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given at least 7 days in advance via registered email and an on-platform notification. Minor changes (such as spelling corrections or language clarifications) may be made at any time without prior notice.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have taken effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request account closure and withdraw your balance.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall prevail.
